Tennis Racquet Stringing Disclaimer

1.Pre-existing Condition

Racquets and grommets can develop wear and stress fractures over time. I am not liable for any damage that occurs during stringing if the racquet already shows signs of wear, cracks, or structural weakness.

2. Customer-Supplied Strings

If you provide your own strings, I cannot guarantee durability, playability, or performance. I accept no responsibility for premature breakage or defects in customer-supplied strings.

3. Tension & Performance

String tension and setup are strung to the customer’s request or, if unspecified, to the manufacturer’s recommended range. Performance (power, spin, comfort, durability) varies depending on string type, tension, and playing conditions. 

No guarantee is made that the setup will meet personal playing expectations.

4. Breakages

Strings can break at any time due to mishits, notching, shanks, or natural wear. Breakages occurring after collection are not the responsibility of the stringer.

5. Liability

While every care is taken during restringing, AtRMBstringing accepts no responsibility for:

Racquets that break during stringing due to pre-existing flaws or stress.

Damage arising from use after collection.

My liability is strictly limited to the cost of the restring service paid.

6. Collection & Payment

Full payment is due on or before collection. Racquets left uncollected for more than 3 months may be considered abandoned.
